How to redeem
eGift Card to be redeemed at White Sails only. For Bookings, WhatsApp to 86617600 or email to enquiry@whitesails.com.sg and quote WOGI.
Terms and validity
Validity: 180 Days 1. eGift Card expiry date as stated on eGift Card and can only be one-time use per charter. 2. Pets are strictly not allowed on-board. 3. Change of booking date subject to administration fees of $50, payable directly to merchant. 4. Child or baby is considered as 1 pax. 5. In the occurrence of bad weather out at open sea, activities will be stopped for the safety of all passengers and crews onboard. There will be no refund of any unused hours. In case of rain before the cruise departs, trip will be postponed for up to 1 hour. If bad weather persists, trip will be scheduled for another date. 6. No refund for cancellation or no show. 7. Charter on Public Holiday and eve of Public Holiday: $100, payable directly to merchant. 8. Corkage fee is waived. Excludes food and drinks which can be catered separately. 9. Please present this digital eGift Card upon purchase. Screenshots and printouts are not accepted. 10. White Sail Yacht reserves the right to amend/cancel the eGift Card at any time.
