This Privacy Policy explains how Holla handles customer information for vouchers, eSIMs, checkpoint traffic features, accounts, checkout, fulfillment, support, risk controls, and legal compliance.

By creating an account, placing an order, contacting support, or using Holla, the customer understands that Holla will collect, use, share, retain, and protect information as described below.

Registration privacy disclosure

I understand Holla's Privacy Policy, including collection and use of account, order, payment status, device, support, risk, provider, and compliance data.

1. Information Holla collects

Holla collects information the customer provides, information created by account and order activity, and information received from service providers.

  • Account and contact details such as name, email address, sign-in identifiers, support messages, and account preferences.
  • Order and fulfillment details such as selected products, eSIM package details, order numbers, payment status, refunds, disputes, activation events, and provider references.
  • Technical and device data such as IP address, browser, device model, logs, cookies, analytics events, fraud signals, and approximate location derived from network or device activity.
  • Compliance and risk information needed to prevent fraud, handle payment disputes, meet payment partner requirements, or comply with law.
  • Call protection rules you save, including numbers, labels, private notes and deletion markers. Signed-in users’ private lists sync automatically with their Holla accounts; signed-out lists remain on the device. Holla does not read your contacts or call history.

2. How Holla uses information

Holla uses information to run the app, provide accounts, process orders, support customers, reduce risk, and improve the service.

  • Create and secure customer accounts, authenticate sign-ins, and show order history.
  • Process checkout, payment status, refunds, disputes, invoices, eSIM fulfillment, top-ups, and customer support.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized payments, account takeover, prohibited activity, security incidents, and operational errors.
  • Improve product quality, pricing, recommendations, support workflows, analytics, and reliability.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment network, regulatory, platform, issuer, and provider obligations.
  • Back up and sync your private call protection list across signed-in iPhones, including offline changes. Private lists are separate from community reports; numbers are submitted for community review only when you choose to report them.

3. Payments and card data

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Holla does not store full card numbers. Payment providers may collect and process card, wallet, bank, authentication, fraud, and checkout data under their own terms and privacy notices.

4. Sharing information

Holla shares information only where needed to provide the service, manage risk, operate the business, or comply with obligations.

  • Payment processors, card networks, banks, wallet providers, and dispute-resolution participants.
  • eSIM providers, fulfillment providers, customer support tools, analytics vendors, hosting providers, and infrastructure vendors.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, courts, tax authorities, and other parties where required or permitted by law.
  • Successors or transaction parties if Holla is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets.

5. Cookies and analytics

Holla may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep customers signed in, secure the service, remember preferences, measure performance, understand product usage, and improve the app. Browser settings may allow customers to block or delete some cookies, but parts of the service may not work properly without them.

6. Retention and security

Holla keeps information for as long as reasonably needed for account access, orders, support, reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, provider requirements, and business operations.

Holla uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should protect their account credentials and contact support if they suspect unauthorized access.

7. Customer choices

Customers may contact support to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information where available under applicable law. Holla may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment dispute, provider, or legitimate business reasons.

8. International processing

Holla, its providers, and its infrastructure vendors may process information in Singapore and other countries where they operate. Data protection laws may differ by country, but Holla takes steps designed to protect information consistently with this Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact

Holla may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version applies when posted or otherwise made available unless a later effective date is stated.

Privacy questions or requests should be sent to support@useholla.com.
