What are the redemption steps, validity and terms?
After payment, open My Orders to find your issued voucher. Follow the instructions for your chosen voucher below and check the exact expiry on the issued voucher before redeeming.

How to redeem
Please present the eGift Card to the cashier upon payment request.
Terms and validity
Validity: 90 Days 1. This eGift Card is valid for in-studio sessions only. 2. Multiple eGift Cards may be used in a single transaction. 3. This eGift Card is not valid in conjunction with VIP privileges, other discount cards, promotions, or eGift Card, where applicable. 4. The eGift Card is redeemable at participating outlets in Singapore only. 5. This eGift Card is valid until its stated expiry date. Expired eGift Card will not be accepted or extended. 6. No minimum spend is required unless otherwise stated. 7. Any unused balance will not be refunded, exchanged for cash, or credited toward future purchases. 8. Lost, expired, damaged, or unauthorized use of the eGift Card will not be replaced or reimbursed. 9. Activation of all packages begins upon the first scheduled session, provided it occurs within three months of redemption. 10. Package extensions are available at a rate of $10 for each two-week period. 11. Grip socks are compulsory for every barre session. 12. PACE may refuse admission five minutes after a session has started; attendees should arrive 15 to 20 minutes beforehand. 13. Packages are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. 14. Choose a voucher card to open it in Holla, then sign in and complete your purchase. After payment, find your issued digital voucher in My Orders.

Can I get a refund?
