After payment, open My Orders to find your issued voucher. Follow the instructions for your chosen voucher below and check the exact expiry on the issued voucher before redeeming.

How to redeem
Visit OSIM's website at https://sg.osim.com/ Add product item to the cart, and apply the code upon checkout to offset the product amount and delivery. OSIM will deliver the product within 5 to 9 working days. NO delivery fee will be charged.
Terms and validity
Validity: 90 Days 1. The e-Voucher is valid on sg.osim.com. 2. The e-Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date indicated; no extensions will be allowed. 3. The e-Voucher card is non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. To check the item delivery timeline, please contact internetsales1@osim.com.sg. 5. Please provide the correct shipping address, name, and delivery time, as these cannot be changed after placing the order. 6. Products can only be shipped within Singapore, so please provide an accurate Singaporean address. 7. Upon confirmation, orders cannot be canceled or modified. 8. Confirmed orders will be delivered within 5-9 working days, and no delivery fee will be charged. 9. In case the product received is damaged or defective, please contact Customerservice@osim.com.sg within 7 days from the date of delivery. 10. Faulty goods redeemed using this e-Voucher will be entitled to a 1-to-1 exchange within the verification timeline (within 7 days from the date of receiving). 11.
